AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH AUTOMATIC
DATA PROCESSING, INC. TO PROVIDE DATA PROCESSING
SERVICES FOR THE CITY'S PAYROLL SYSTEM
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Automatic Data Pro-
cessing, Inc., to provide data processing services for the City's
payroll system has been submitted to this Council, and the
Council is fully informed and aware of the terms and conditions
thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that the Finance Director is hereby authorized
and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
Alameda, that certain National Accounts Agreement referred
to above by and between Automatic Data Processing, Inc. and
the City of Alameda to provide data processing services for
the City's payroll system.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th of September, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
