AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WITH H. V. CARTER COMPANY FOR ACQUISITION OF A
GREENSMOWER AND A TRACTOR FOR THE MUNICIPAL GOLF
COURSE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of
the City, a lease purchase plan proposed by H. V. Carter Company
for the acquisition of a greensmower and a tractor for the
Municipal Golf Course at a total cost of $28,868.40, to be paid
in monthly installments of $801.90 for a period of thirty-six
months.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payments under said plan will
be made in the same manner that like claims against the City are

paid and shall be payable from the Equipment Replacement Fund.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing kesolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of September, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Counc%-lmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef, and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
