AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT WITH FLOYD H. HYDE
ASSOCIATES, INC. RELATING TO FEDERAL LIAISON
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 10185 adopted October 20,
1983, this Council authorized execution of an agreement with
Floyd H. Hyde Associates, Inc. for federal liaison and technical
assistance services; and
WHEREAS, the term of said agreement was for one year,
terminating on October 31, 1984; and
WHEREAS, it will be to the advantage and benefit of the
City to have said agreement extended for one year, terminating
on October 31, 1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the agreement with Floyd H. Hyde Associates,
Inc. for federal liaison and technical assistance services is
hereby extended for one year and all other terms and conditions
of said agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 16th. of October, 1984,
by the following vote to grit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Di.ament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
