APPROVING PARCEL MAP 4407 FOR DIVISION OF LAND LOCATED
ALONG MAIN STREET AND ADJACENT TO SINGLETON AVENUE,
PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF, AND FINDING SAID PARCEL
MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (ALAMEDA
GATEWAY LIMITED, APPLICANT)
WHEREAS, Alameda Gateway Limited, subdivider herein for
owner Southern Pacific Transportation Company, a corporation,
has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for
division of property north of Singleton Avenue and east of Main
Street, and known as Parcel Map No. 4407;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 4407, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to Subdivider to record same, based upon
the findings and subject to the conditions set forth in City
of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No. 1448, passed on October
22, 1984; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No. 4407 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from
the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional
water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, heresy certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th of November, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None.
