AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH BISSELL AND
KARN, INC. FOR DESIGN OF PHASE THREE HARBOR BAY PARKWAY
WHEREAS, on September 19, 1984, the City executed an
offer of a grant from the Economic Development Administration to
aid in the constructin of an extention of Harbor Bay Parkway
and related public facilities; and
WHEREAS, in response to the City's request for proposals
for the design of Phase Three of Harbor Bay Parkway, Bissell and
Karn, Inc. submitted the lowest and best bid received;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the proposal of Bissell and Karn, Inc. in the amount
of $99,900 for the Design of Phase Three Harbor Bay Parkway is
hereby accepted and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute, and
the City Clerk to attest, said agreement on behalf of the City of
Alameda.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th of November, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None.
