AMENDING TRANSFER OF TITLE OF LAND IN VICINITY OF
MARINER SQUARE DRIVE AND WORK STREET FROM ALAMEDA
MARINA VILLAGE ASSOCIATES TO ALAMEDA MARINA CENTER
ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, by its Ordinance No. 2133 N.S. passed June
7, 1983, this Council authorized the sale of certain city-
owned property located in the vicinity of Mariner Square Drive
and Work Street to Alameda Marina Village Associates for the
realignment of a road into the Alameda Marina Village project;
and
WHEREAS, the City's Urban Development Grant application
for Marina Village was prepared in the name of Alameda Marina
Center Associates and includes the acquisition of right-of-
way covered by Ordinance No. 2133 N.S.; and
WHEREAS, to be consistent with the Urban Development
Action Grant application, it is necessary that title to said
property be vested in the name of Alameda Marina Center
Associates;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that said Council hereby amends City of Alameda
Ordinance No. 2133 N.S. by declaring that all references to
0,u Alameda Marina Village Associates in said Ordinance shall mean
1';, Alameda Marina Center Associates.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th of November, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None.
