AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH HARBOR BAY
ISLE ASSOCIATES FOR EXTENSION OF CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
AND COORDINATION FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 83-1
WHEREAS, on August 16, 1983, this Council adopted Resolution
No. 10131 authorizing execution of an agreement with Harbor Bay
Isle Associates for contract administration and coordination
for Harbor Bay Parkway Assessment District 83-1, said agreement
providing for compensation through January, 1984; and
WHEREAS, an Addendum to said Agreement was entered into
on March 20, 1984 extending the contract administration and
coordination work for three months; and
WHEREAS, construction work is still underway and Harbor
Bay Isle Associates has requested another three-month extension
of the agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain
amendment to the Assessment District 83-1 Agreement referred
to above by and between Harbor Bay Isle Associates and the City
cf) of Alameda to extend the contract administration and coordination
work with HBIA for an additional three months in the amount of
$27,320. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest same.

I, the undersigned, heresy certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th of November, -1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None
ABSENT: None.
