APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 4123 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
AT 2201-03 LINCOLN AVENUE, PERMITTING RECORDING
THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH
CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (RICHARD DE GLYMES DE HOLLEBECQUE,
OWNER)
WHEREAS, Richard de Glymes de Hollebecque, owner and sub-
divider herein, has presented to the Council for approval a parcel
Map for subdivision of property at 2201-03 Lincoln Avenue and
known as Parcel Map 4123;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map 4123, heretofore accepted and condi-
tionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and
permission given to subdivider to record same, subject to the
conditions listed in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution
No. 1375 adopted on November 14, 1983; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112(f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No 4123 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from
the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional
water quality control regulations.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th of November, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
