AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 6
TO LOCAL AGENCY - STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5014 FOR
FUNDING OF THE FEDERAL AID URBAN PROJECT - PATTON
WAY
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement, Local Agency-State Agreement
for Federal Aid Projects, No. 04-5014, was executed by the City
on June 22, 1977; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Paragraph 2 of Article II of said
agreement, a Program Supplement No. 6 to allow for purchase of
required right-of-way for Patton Way, up to a maximum of $1,600,000,
has been prepared and submitted to this Council for approval and
the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that Program Supplement No. 6 to Local Agency - State
Agreement No. 04-5014 for funding of the Patton Way Federal Aid
Urban Project is hereby approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized
and directed to execute said Program Supplement No. 6 for and on
behalf of the City of Alameda and the City Clerk is hereby directed
to attest same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th of December, 1984,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament -
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
