RESOLUTION NO. 10510
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
MARINA VILLAGE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84 -3
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Alameda, County of Alameda,
California, that
WHEREAS, on August 21, 1984, this Council adopted Resolution No. 10421,
A Resolution of Preliminary Determination and of Intention to Make
Acquisitions and Improvements;
WHEREAS, the owner of all of the assessment parcels proposed to be
assessed in the proceedings has duly filed a written request for making of all
or the portion of the changes and modifications hereinafter ordered which
pertain to and/or affect said parcels, respectively;
WHEREAS, except with respect to changes and modifications pursuant to
the aforesaid written request, the changes and modifications hereinafter
ordered will not increase the total amount of the assessment or the amount of
any individual assessment nor eliminate or add any acquisitions or work which
will substantially and adversely alter or affect the benefits to be derived
from the work and acquisitions;
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience and necessity require the
changes and modifications hereinafter ordered;
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work has filed with the City Clerk proposed
revisions to the Engineer's Report as preliminarily approved by this Council,
to wit: revisions in the assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
That changes and modifications be made in individual assessments as
set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd day of January, 1985,
by the following vote to exit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
