APPOINTING WILLIAM McCONNELL AS A MEMBER OF THE
SOCIAL SERVICE HUMAN RELATIONS BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda
that pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter
of the City of Alameda and Section 2-353 of the Alameda Municipal
Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor, WILLIAM McCONNELL is
hereby appointed to the office of member of the Social Service
Human Relations Board of the City of Alameda, to fill the
unexpired term of Anthony R. Martinelli, resigned, for a term
expiring on June 30, 1987, and to serve until his successor is
appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of January, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
