AUTHORIZING MODIFICATION OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
WITH CALTRANS TO INCREASE CITY CONTRIBUTION TO THE
PATTON WAY (PHASE I) PROJECT UP TO $5,500,000
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute, and the City
Clerk to attest to, a modification to the agreement, heretofore
entered into on May 17, 1978 and modified on December 16, 1981,
between the City and the State of California, acting by and through
its Department of Transportation for engineering and other services
for the Patton Way Project, said modification herein authorized
— to increase up to $5,500,000 the City's contribution to said
.7..„ Patton Way (Phase I) Project.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of January, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
