AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH INFOCOMP
SYSTEMS, INC. ESTABLISHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR
SOFTWARE SUPPORT SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH COMPUTER
SOFTWARE SUPPLIED BY SAID CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City has entered into an agreement with
Infocomp Systems, Inc., for computer software for the City
Business System; and
WHEREAS, Infocomp Systems, Inc. has agreed to furnish
certain support services in connection with the computer soft-
ware supplied by said corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Mayor be and hereby is authorized to execute
for and on behalf of the City that certain Facility Support
Agreement with Infocomp Systems, Inc., a Colorado corporation,
providing for software support services in connection with the
computer software supplied by said corporation, and the City Clerk
is directed to attest to said execution. Said agreement shall
be substantially in the form of that on file in the office of
the City Clerk.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of February, 1985,
by the following vote to wit;
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
