APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 4507, PERMITTING RECORDING
THEREOF, AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN NON-EXCLUSIVE PUBLIC
UTILITY EASEMENTS (HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK, PLAZA IV)
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 9665 adopted on January
5, 1982, this Council approved a Tentative Map for Tract 4500,
a subdivision of property on Bay Farm Island known as Harbor Bay
Business Park; and
WHEREAS, Harbor Bay Isle Associates, a general partnership,
subdivider herein, has presented to the Council for approval a
Parcel Map for division of lands located in Tract 4500, designated
Parcel Map No. 4507 and being a division of Parcel 1 of Parcel
Map No. 3775, approved by this Council on March 16, 1982, and
of Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map No. 4497, approved by this Council
on January 15, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 4507 delineates thereon non-
exclusive easements for public utilities and their appurtenances
designated "Storm Drainage Easement" and dedicated to the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that pursuant to Section 11--319.1 of the Alameda Muni-
cipal Code, Parcel Map No. 4507 is hereby approved and permission
given to subdivider to record same, subject to the conditions
of approval of the Tentative Map of Tract 4500; and
c-J,7 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said non-exclusive easements
for public utilities and their appurtenances dedicated to the

qa, « public are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public, for use in
conformity with the terms of the offers of dedication.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of February, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
