AUTHORIZING MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT WITH BISSELL &
KAHN, INC. ENGINEERS FOR DESIGN OF HARBOR BAY
PARKWAY PHASE 3
WHEREAS, on November 6, 1984, the Council authorized the
execution of an agreement with Bissell & Kahn, Inc. Engineers
in the amount of $99,900 for the design of Phase Three Harbor
Bay Parkway and
WHEREAS, said firm has incurred additional costs due to
changes required by the Bay Conservation and Development Commission,
the City, and additional sanitary sewer, hydraulic and soils
evaluations
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that said agreement with Bissell & Kahn, Inc. Engineers
for the design of Harbor Bay Parkway Phase 3 is hereby modified
by increasing the amount of compensation for said services by
$35,524.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of February, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas,
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
