Resolution 10555CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10555 CONSENTING TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE RELINQUISHMENT OF CALTRANS RIGHT-OF-WAY AT MARINER SQUARE FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, the State of California has a highway right- of-way in the City of Alameda on Mariner Square Drive at the south end of the Webster Street Tube; and WHEREAS, the California Transportation Commission has determined that it is desirable and in the public interest that said highway right-of-way be relinquished to the City of Alameda; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City that said relinquishment be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the City of Alameda does hereby consent to the acceptance of the relinquishment of that certain highway right-of-way on Mariner Square Drive at the south end of the Webster Street Tube from the State of California. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of March, 1985, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
