APPROVING FUNDS FOR LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE
CITY HALL GROUNDS
WHEREAS, a plan for landscape improvements to the City
Hall ground has been presented to the Council; and
WHEREAS, Cagwin & Dorward, City Landscape and Maintenance
Contractor has submitted a proposal in the amount of $5,866 to
perform the work required; and
WHEREAS, initial funding for this project would be from
the City Manager's Contingency Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that said Council hereby authorizes an expenditure
of $5,866 from the City Manager's Contingency Fund to provide
for landscape improvements to the City Hall grounds.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of March, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:

Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
