AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH THE EAST BAY
MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT TO PROVIDE PIPES AND
APPURTENANT FACILITIES FOR HARBOR BAY PARKWAY, PHASE
III, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84-4
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the construction of the
extension of Harbor Bay Parkway, Phase III, the East Bay Municipal
Utility District (EBMUD) will be providing bipes, engineering,
inspection and related appurtenances for the installation of
water pipes and appurtenant facilities within the public riqht-
of-way; and
WHEREAS, an agreement to provide these materials and
services has been submitted to the City and the Council is fully
informed and aware of the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each
hereby is, authroized to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, an agreement with EBMUD to provide pipes
and appurtenant facilities for Harbor Bay Parkway, Phase III,
Assessment District 84-4.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th of March, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Lucas, Monsef and Acting President Hanna
