APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
4276 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEDICATED EASEMENTS
(GREAT SIERRA GROUP, INC., SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and
approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain
proposed subdivision known as Tract 4276; and
WHEREAS, Ballena Bay Townhouse Partnership, a Limited
Partnership, by Great Sierra Group, Inc., a California corpora-
tion, a general partner, subdivider herein, has presented to
the Council for approval a Final Map of that proposed subdivision
known as Tract 4276, which is a subdivision of property located
at Tideway Drive and known as Whalers Cove; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain Ease-
ments for public utilities, designated "Public Utilities Easement"
and dedicated to the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that the Final Map of Tract 4276 be, and hereby
is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements dedicated
to the public are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public,
for use in conformity with the terms of the offer of dedication.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th of March, 1985,
by the following vote to it
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Lucas, Monsef and Acting President Hanna - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: President Diament - 1.
