AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO GIVE NOTICE THAT
XEROX LEASE AGREEMENT WILL NOT BE FUNDED FOR
FISCAL 1985-86
WHEREAS, the City has entered into certain lease purchase
agreements with Xerox Corporation on Xerox 3450 and Xerox 5600
copy machines; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City that
said agreements not be funded for the 1985-86 fiscal year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that the Purchasing Agent of the City of Alameda
is hereby authorized and directed to give notice to the Xerox
Corporation that the present lease purchase agreements on the
,r2 Xerox 3450 and Xerox 5600 copy machines will not be funded for
fiscal 1985-86.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th of March, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Lucas, Monsef and Acting President Hanna - 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: President Diament - 1.
