Resolution 10576CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10576 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH STATE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVE- MENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH CONSTRUCTION OF PATTON WAY, PHASE I WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore approved an advance of $223,000 from the General Fund for a portion of the deposit in an escrow account to help pay estimated costs of construction for Patton Way, and WHEREAS, the proposed Cooperative Agreement with the State Department of Transportation provides that the State will bear 100% of the construction costs of the drainage improvements within its right of way and 67% of the construction costs outside of its right of way; and WHEREAS, it will be to the advantage and benefit of the City to have said work performed in accordance with said agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the Cooperative Agreement with the State Department of Transportation for drainage improvements in conjunction with the construction of Patton Way, Phase I, and all its terms and conditions be, and hereby is approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City, said Cooperative Agreement. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd of April, 1985, by the following vote to wit: AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
