AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH WARNER GROUP FOR PROFESSIONAL
IMPLEMENTATION ASSISTANCE RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY
COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, the Warner Group, Management Consultants, has
submitted its recommendation for the acquisition of a Public
Safety Computer System for the City of Alameda; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Alameda
that an agreement be entered into with the Warner Group for
professional implementation assistance relating to said Public
Safety Computer System;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the proposal and recommendation of the Warner
Group is hereby accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City, an
agreement with the Warner Group for professional implementation
assistance relating to said Public Safety Computer System. The
City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 2nd of April, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Monsef and President Diament - 4.
NOES: None,
ABSENT: Councilmember Lucas - 1.
