AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF
ALAMEDA FOR COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, an agreement exists between the City and the
County of Alameda whereby the County collects all assessments
and charges levied by the City on real property which become a
lien on such real property within the City; and
WHEREAS, the County has proposed a new agreement to increase
its compensation rate and setting forth terms and conditions for
its collection of said assessments and charges;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is,
authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, an agreement with the County of Alameda for the
collection of assessments and charges levied by the City of
i Alameda. Said agreement shall be substantially in the form of
that filed in the office of the City Clerk on April 16, 1985.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and, passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in special meeting assembled on the 17th of April, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
