A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ATTORNEYS
CITY OF ALAMEDA
ISLAND CITY LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING DISTRICT 84 -2
FISCAL
YEAR 1985' -1986
RESOLVED, by the City Counc
California, that
City
Alameda,
WHEREAS, this City has determined to undertake proceedings for
the levy and collection of assessments upon the several lots or
parcels of land in City of Alameda Island City Landscaping and
Lighting District 84 -2 pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act
of 1972 for the construction or installation of improvements,
including the maintenance or servicing, or both, thereof for the
fiscal year 1985 -1986; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will be
served by appointing and employing attorneys for the preparation and
conduct of said proceedings;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT. IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the law firm of WILSON MORTON ASSAF & McELLIGOTT,
San Mateo, California, be, and it is hereby, appointed and employed
to do and perform all legal services required in the conduct of said
proceedings, and that its compensation be, and it is hereby, fixed
at not to exceed $2,500.00.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify
