Resolution 10596CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10596 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ATTORNEYS TO CONDUCT PROPOSED ANNEXATION NO 1985 -1 TO CITY OF ALAMEDA ISLAND CITY LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING DISTRICT 84 -2 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Alameda, California, that WHEREAS, this Council has determined to undertake proceedings for the annexation of territory to an existing assessment district pursuant to the provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 and for the construction or installation of improvements in said territory, including the maintenance or servicing, or both, thereof, and served conduct HEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will be by appointing and employing attorneys for the preparation and of said proceedings; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows 1. That the law firm of WILSON MORTON ASSAF & McELLIGOTT, San Mateo, California, be, and it is hereby, appointed and employed to do and perform all legal services required in the conduct of said proceedings, and that its compensation be, and it is hereby, fixed at of to exceed $3,000.00.
