AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH HARBOR BAY
ISLE ASSOCIATES FOR ADMINISTRATION AND COORDINATION
OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84-4 (HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and
to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City, an agreement
with Harbor Bay Isle Associates which provides for administration
and coordination of Assessment District 84-4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said agreement shall be
substantially in the form of that heretofore placed in the office
of the City Clerk on May 7, 1985.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th of May, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
