AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC GAS
AND ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR GAS MAIN EXTENSIONS FOR
HARBOR BAY PARKWAY PHASE 3, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84-4
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the construction of Harbor
Bay Parkway Extension Phase 3, the pipes and other gas facilities
are to be provided by Pacific Gas and Electric Company; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been submitted to the City and
the Council is fully informed and aware of the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby
is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on
behalf of the City, an agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric
Company for pipes and other gas facilities in connection with
the construction of Harbor Bay Parkway Extension Phase 3.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th of May, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: CoUncil0embers Gorman, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
