AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
HALLENBECK AND ASSOCIATES FOR DYNAMIC CONSOLIDATION
TESTING FOR HARBOR BAY PARKWAY, PHASE 3
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with Hallenbeck & Associates,
geotechnical engineering consultants, for its services relating
to monitoring dynamic consolidation procress and testing of com-
pacted materials in connection with Harbor Bay Parkway, Phase
3, has been submitted to this Council, and the Council is fully
informed and aware of the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the City Manager of the City of Alameda is hereby
authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the
City, that certain agreement referred to above by and between
Hallenbeck & Associates and the City of Alameda, for its services
for dynamic consolidation testing for Harbor Bay Parkway, Phase
3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st of May, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers, Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
