APPOINTING JANICE GRUMMAN A MEMBER OF THE
ALAMEDA HISTORICAL ADVISORY COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Section 2 -332 of the
Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
JANICE GRUMMAN is hereby appointed to the office of member
of the Alameda Historical Advisory Commission, to fill the
unexpired term of Gary Knecht, expiring June 30, 1985, and for
the term commencing July 1, 1985 and expiring June 30, 1989,
to serve until her successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st of May, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
