APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
5347 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF
ACCESS (HERITAGE OF ALAMEDA, SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION
OF OLEANDER AVENUE AND MELROSE; THE ALAMEDA ASSOCIATES,
SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and approved
by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain subdivision
known as Tract 4659; and
WHEREAS, the Alameda Associates, a limited partnership
comprised of A-M Company, a limited partnership as general partner,
and Araujo, Muench & Company, Inc., a California corporation,
as general partner, has presented to the Council for approval
a Final Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract 5347,
being a portion of Lot D as shown on Tract 4659; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain non-
exclusive easements for public utilities and their appurtenances
designated "Public Utilities Easement" and .dedicated to the public,
and certain rights of access over Lots "A" and "B" for operations
of public safety vehicles and emergency equipment dedicated
to the City of Alameda;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that the Final Map of Tract 5347 be, and hereby
is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements dedicated
to the public and rights of access dedicated to the City of
Alameda are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public and the
City, for use in conformity with the terms of the offers of
dedication.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th of June, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
