AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH JTA, INC. FOR CONSTRUCTION SURVEYING
FOR HARBOR BAY PARKWAY, PHASE 3
WHEREAS, on April 17, 1985 this Council awarded a contract
for the construction of Harbor Bay Parkway, Phase 3, to be funded
by Assessment District 84-4; and.
WHEREAS, construction survey requirements are greater than
can be accomplished by City forces at this time; and
WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with JTA Engineers-Planners
Inc. for construction surveying services for the construction
of the Phase 3 extension has been submitted to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the City Manager of the City of Alameda is hereby
authorized and directed to approve, for and on behalf of the City,
that certain agreement referred to above by and between JTA Engin-
eers-Planners Inc. and the City of Alameda for construction
surveying services for the construction of the Phase 3 extension
of Harbor Bay Parkway, said services to be financed under Assessment
District 84-4.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th of June, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
