Resolution 10633CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10633 ACCEPTING PATTON WAY STORM DRAIN EASEMENT THROUGH MARINA VILLAGE PROPERTY FROM ALAMEDA MARINA CENTER ASSOCIATES WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Center Associates has requested that the City accept their offer of a storm drainage easement through Marina Village property; and WHEREAS, said easement will grant, transfer and convey to the City of Alameda a permanent non-exclusive easement for storm drain and access purposes, over, under, in and upon all that certain portion of Lot 2, Parcel Map No. 3963 as set forth in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this reference made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, the storm drainage easement is necessary for the construction of the Patton Way drainage system; \ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that the aforementioned grant of easement be, and the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the City of Alameda , , \ and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said City, hereby consents to the recordation of said Grant of Easement and orders this resolution to be attached thereto, as required by Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State of California. Job No. 2900 November 28, 1984 MARINA VILLAGE PROPOSED PATTON WAY STORM DRAIN EASEMENTS All those certain portions of Lot 2, Parcel Map No. 3963, in the City of Alameda, as per map recorded September 26, 1983, in Book 141 of Parcel 'Maps, at Pages 20 through 23, records of the County Recorder, County of Alameda, State of Califor- nia, described as follows: PARCEL NO. 1 A non - exclusive easement for storm drain purposes, over, under, in and upon all that certain portion of said Lot 2, more particularly described as follows: COMMENCING at the most eastern corner of Lot 1, said Parcel Map No 3963, said corner having the coordinates.
