CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10635
ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF PORTION OF SHORELINE PARK
FOR PUBLIC ACCESS AND PARK PURPOSES FROM ALAMEDA
MARINA CENTER ASSOCIATES
WHEREAS, ALAMEDA MARINA CENTER ASSOCIATES, a California
Limited Partnership: by Vintage Properties - Alameda Commercial,
a California Corporation, General Partner, has executed and
delivered to the City a Corporation Grant Deed, dated May 13,
1985 and granting to the City the northernmost portion of Marina
Park, consisting of Lot 2, Parcel Map 3832-1, filed April 5,
1983, Book 138 of Parcel Maps, Pages 1 through 4, Alameda County
Records; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City that
said Corporation Grant Deed be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Alameda that the City of Alameda does hereby accept
from Alameda Marina Center Associates that certain Corporation
Grant Deed dated May 13, 1985, and said Council, acting for
and on behalf of said City, hereby consents to the recordation
of said Deed and orders this resolution to be attached thereto,
as required by Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State

of California.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 4th of June, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers. Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
