AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A DEFERRED COMPENSATION
PLAN AGREEMENT WITH GREAT WESTERN SAVINGS
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda adopted
Resolution No. 9672 dated January 19, 1982 and thereby
established a deferred compensation program for City employees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that said Council does hereby authorize the execution
of a Deferred Compensation Plan Agreement with Great Western
Savings; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Council hereby
authorizes the Finance Director of the City of Alameda to act on
its behalf in the administration of the Deferred Compensation
Program.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th of August, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
