AUTHORIZING SALE OF SURPLUS ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT
TO SATIN AMERICAN CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
the Public Utilities Board be and hereby is authorized to dispose
of by sale to Satin American Corporation, for not less than
$65,572, certain surplus electrical equipment, consisting of l5kV
metalclad switchgear with certain metering and instrumentation;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the signature of the
Secretary to the Public Utilities Board on the bill of sale or
other necessary document shall be sufficient to transfer all
interest of the Bureau of Electricity in the electrical equipment
to Satin American Corporation.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th of August, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
