CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 10702
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF FENCING OF MIF ALBRIGHT PAR 3 GOLF COURSE AND
DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has prepared a
Request for Proposal for construction of 30-foot high fencing of
the Mif Albright Par 3 Golf Course;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that said Request for Proposal is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Alameda will receive proposals up to the hour of 2:00 o'clock
p.m. on THURSDAY, AUGUST 22, 1985, in accordance with said
Request for Proposal. Proposals must be presented to the City
Clerk, in the City Hall, in Alameda, California, under sealed
cover and plainly marked on the outside "ProPosal for
Construction of Fencing of Mif Albright Par 3 Golf Course," or
similar designation.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids. Said
Request for Proposal may be had by any prospective bidder on
application to the City Engineer, at his office in the City Hall,
Alameda, California.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the
Alameda Times-Star, a notice calling for proposals, in accordance
with the provisions of this resolution and of said Request for
Proposal.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 6th of August, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
