APPOINTING ARTHUR D. WHITEHAIR A MEMBER OF THE
PLANNING BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED EY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Article X of the Charter
of the City of Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
ARTHUR D. WHITEHAIR is hereby appointed to the office of
member of the Planning Board of the City of Alameda for the
term expiring on June 30, 1989, and to serve until his
successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of August, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
