APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 4218 FOR DIVISION OF PROPERTY
WITHIN ALAMEDA MARINA VILLAGE, ACCEPTING CERTAIN
DEDICATED EASEMENTS AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP
CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (ALAMEDA MARINA
CENTER ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Alameda Marina Center Associates, a California
Limited Partnership, owner and subdivider, has submitted to the
Council for approval a Parcel Map for subdivision of property
within Alameda Marina Village, being a division of Lot 2, Parcel
Map 3963, located between Alameda Village Parkway and the estuary
and known as Parcel Map No. 4218; and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map delineates thereon a certain
public utility easement, designated "Public Utilities Easement" and
dedicated to the City of Alameda;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No 4218, heretofore accepted and
conditionally approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved
and permission given to subdivider to record same, subject to the
conditions listed in City of Alameda Planning Board Resolution No
1521 adopted August 12, 1985, and subject to the following
condition:
(1) The Parcel Map shall not be recorded until the owner
has entered into an agreement with the City and posted a
set-aside letter for faithful performance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public utilities easement
dedicated to the City of Alameda is hereby accepted on behalf of
the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section
11-3112(f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds
Parcel Map No. 4218 is consistent with the City's General Plan.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of August, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Counciimembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament -
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
