APPROVING AMENDMENT OF AGREEMENT WITH BISSELL &
KARN FOR DESIGN OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, HARBOR
BAY PARKWAY PHASE III, EDA/ASSESSMENT DISTRICT

WHEREAS, on June 5, 1985, by its Resolution No. 10634,
this Council authorized the execution of an agreement with
Bissell & Karn, Inc. Engineers for the design of Phase III Harbor
Bay Parkway; and
WHEREAS, the Economic Development Administration has
requested that the City modify this agreement by including a
"records access" clause;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that an amendment to said agreement with Bissell &
Karn, Inc. Engineers is hereby approved and the Mayor and the
City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to
execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City, a
Modification of Agreement to provide a "records access"
6C clause.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of August, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
