APPROVING, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT FOR BOND COUNSEL SERVICES WITH JONES
HALL HILL & WHITE, A PROFESSIONAL LAW CORPORATION,
WITH RESPECT TO TAX AND REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTES
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda (the "City ") is considering
undertaking certain proceedings for the issuance of tax and
revenue anticipation notes for fiscal year 1985 -86 and it is
desirable to employ bond counsel in connection therewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the certain agreement by and between the City
and Jones Hall Hill &White, a Professional Law Corporation, for
bond counsel services in connection with said tax and revenue
anticipation note financing proceedings, a copy of which is on
file with the City Clerk, is hereby approved and authorized and
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed in the name and on
behalf of the City to execute and attest, respectively, said
agreement.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st of October, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of said City this 2nd day of October, 1985.
