AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA
MARINA VILLAGE ASSOCIATES FOR PROJECT
ADMINISTRATION SERVICES, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84-3
WHEREAS, on January 15, 1985, the City approved a
cooperative agreement with Alameda Marina Village Associates
(AMVA) for development of public improvements within Assessment
District 84-3; and
WHEREAS, said cooperation agreement provided for an
agreement between the City and AMVA for construction management
for public improvements within said Assessment District; and
WHEREAS, a Project Administrative Services Agreement
which provides for administrative work for improvements
constructed under Phase II of the Marina Village Project has been
submitted to this Council, and the Council is fully informed and
aware of the terms thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain
Project Administrative Services Agreement between AMVA and the
City of Alameda. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest
same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the execution of this
agreement shall be subject to approval of the sale of bonds,
(Second Set) Marina Village Assessment District 84-3.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of October, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers, Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
