AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC BELL
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TELEPHONE FACILITIES WITHIN
HARBOR BAY BUSINESS PARK, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 84-4
WHEREAS, in conjunction with Harbor Bay Business Park,
Assessment District 84-4, and the construction of South Loop
Road, Phases 1 and 2, it has been requested that Pacific Bell
extend its existing communication facilities; and
WHEREAS, an agreement for construction of said telephone
facilities has been submitted to the City and the Council is
fully informed and aware of the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that that Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is,
authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, an agreement with Pacific Bell, a California
corporation, for construction of telephone facilities within
Harbor Bay Business Park, Assessment District 84-4.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of October, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers, Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
