APPROVING FINAL MAP OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TRACT
5348 AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS OF
ACCESS (HERITAGE OF ALAMEDA, LOCATED SOUTH OF
OLEANDER AVENUE AND MELROSE AVENUE, THE ALAMEDA
ASSOCIATES, SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with and
approved by this Council a Tentative Map of that certain proposed
subdivision known as Tract 5348; and
WHEREAS, The Alameda Associates, a limited partnership,
comprised of A-M Company, a limited partnership as general
partner, and Araujo, Muench & Company, Inc., a California
corporation, as general partner, has presented to the Council for
approval a Final Map of that proposed subdivision known as Tract
5348; and
WHEREAS, said Final Map delineates thereon certain
non-exclusive easements for public utilities and their
appurtenances designated "Public Utilities Easement", dedicated
to the public, and certain rights of access over Lots "A" and "B"
for operations of public safety vehicles and emergency equipment
dedicated to the City of Alameda;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Final Map of Tract 5348 be, and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easements dedicated to
the public and rights of access dedicated to the City of Alameda
are hereby accepted, on behalf of the public and the City, for
use in conformity with the terms of the offers of dedication.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th of October, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers. Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
