AMENDING THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN
WHEREAS, by its Resolution No. 9979, dated February 15,
1983, Council authorized and approved a Deferred Compensation
Plan for certain eligible City employees; and
WHEREAS, in order to incorporate certain changes to the
City's deferred compensation program it is necessary to amend
said Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Council does hereby authorize and adopt
an amended Deferred Compensation Plan for certain eligible City
employees.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of November, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 3.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmembers Corica and Hanna - 2.
