CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF
DIANE B. FELSCH AS CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, on November 26, 1984, upon qualification as
provided in Section 2-9 of the City Charter, the Council of
the City of Alameda did appoint Diane B. Felsch to the office
of City Clerk, effective on that date.
WHEREAS, this action of the Council of the City of Alameda
was not heretofore recorded in an official resolution of appointment
which is deemed desirable for historical recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the appointment of Diane B. Felsch as City Clerk
of the City of Alameda, effective November 26, 1984, is hereby
confirmed and documented.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of November, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 3.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmembers Corica and Hanna - 2.
