RATIFYING PUBLIC UTILITIES BOARD ACTION IN APPROVING
AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF TRANSMISSION AGENCY OF
CALIFORNIA PROJECT NO. 2 AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the Bureau of Electricity of the City of
Alameda is a member of the Transmission Agency of Northern
California (TANC) which agency has determined to undertake its
share of the development costs for the California - Oregon
Transmission Project; and
WHEREAS, at its meeting on November 4, 1985, the Public
Utilities Board of the City of Alameda adopted a resolution
approving and authorizing execution of Project Agreement No 2
between the Bureau and TANC for said Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that said Council hereby ratifies the action taken by
the Public Utilities Board approving and authorizing the
execution of said Project Agreement No 2 for the California -
Oregon Transmission Project.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th of November, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
