AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HALLENBECK & ASSOCIATES FOR DYNAMIC
CONSOLIDATION CONSTRUCTION MONITORING AND PERFORMANCE
TESTING, HARBOR BAY PARKWAY, PHASE 3, ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT 84-4
WHEREAS, Hallenbeck & Associates has submitted to the
City its proposal for dynamic consolidation construction
monitoring and performance testing in connection with the
construction of Harbor Bay Parkway, Phase 3, Assessment District
84-4; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Alameda that said proposal be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to accept and execute, for and on behalf of the City, that
certain proposal referred to above by and between Hallenbeck &
Associates and the City of Alameda, for its services relating to
dynamic consolidation construction monitoring and performance
testing in connection with the construction of Harbor Bay
Parkway. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th of December, 1925,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef, and President Diamert -
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
