AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PERSONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT
FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FOR A POSITION OF FLEET
MECHANIC
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
the City Manager and the City Clerk be, and each hereby is,
authorized and directed to execute and to attest to,
respectively, on behalf of the City, a personal services
agreement with Robert Ward - Hersee, for his services as a Fleet
Mechanic at the Central Garage, to service the Bureau of
Electricity's vehicles, and other equipment as directed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the term of said agreement
shall be for a period of one year and the hourly rate for said
position shall be the equivalent of the first step of Fleet
Mechanic plus 16% to compensate for no benefits.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th of December, 1985,
by the following vote to wit:
