APPOINTING WILLIAM BARRY A COMMISSIONER OF THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that
pursuant to the provisions of Part 2, Division 24, Health and
Safety Code of California, and particularly Sections 34270 and
34272 thereof, WILLIAM BARRY is hereby appointed a Commissioner
of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda as the senior
tenant member of said Authority, for the term commencing
December 20, 1985, and expiring December 19, 1987, and to serve
until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 7th of January, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
