AUTHORIZING PHASE II OF THE CITY'S AUTOMATED DATA PROCESSING
SYSTEM AND AMENDING OF AGREEMENT WITH INFOCOMP SYSTEMS, INC.
FOR COMPUTER SOFTWARE
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 10539
authorizing an agreement with Infocomp Systems, Inc. to provide
computer software for Phase I of the City Business System; and
WHEREAS, implementation of Phase I of the Business System
is nearly complete; and
WHEREAS, the City intends to proceed with implementation
of Phase II of the Business System;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Alameda that the Finance Director is hereby authorized for and
on behalf of the City, to amend the Contract for computer software
with Infocomp Systems, Inc. to provide for implementation of
Phase II of the City Business System.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 21st of January, 1986,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Corica, Hanna, Lucas, Monsef and President Diament - 5.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
